Resolution 8856 RESOLUTION NO. 8856
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has heretofore
entered into an agreement with Oscar Markovich by the terms
of which said Oscar Markovich was granted the right and pri-
vilege of operating the food and beverage concession at the
Miami Beach Auditorium, and
WHEREAS, said agreement expires on October 31, 1955,
and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend such concession
agreement for an additional three (3) years on the same terms
and conditions as said concession is now being operated, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
covering said extension with the terms of which the City Council
is familiar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 9th day of March, A. D.
1955 .
