HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-380 DISTRICT H-380
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-380 Seventy-fourth (�4) Street from D4.ckens Avenue
to Harding Avenue to be paved, ana where here-
tofore paved to be repaved to a width of forty-
seven (47) feet with a bituminous wearing surface
on a ten (10) inch rock base, and improved on
both sides witheoncrete curb and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page
Four (4) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Street and Avenues are
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District H-380,
and is described as follows:
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting
on Seventy-fourth (�4) Street and lying be-
tween Dickens avenue and Harding Avenue.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-380, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-380.
