HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; tho elty Councilhereby sett;..ng forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 aid 30 of the City
Charter:
H-392 Biarritz Drive from Calais Drive to Rue
Granville to be paved, and where heretofore
paved to be repaved to a width of forty-nine
(49) feet with a bituminous wearing surface
on a ten (10) inch rock base, and improved
on both sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins.
As said Drives and Rue Granville are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book Forty (40), Page
Thirty-three (33) and Plat Book Thirty-four
(34), Page Eighty (80) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans end specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
cation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstract;s,etc,,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District H-392
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting
on Biarritz Drive and lying between Calais
Drive and Rue Granville.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-392 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-392
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D.1955
