HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI �-,E^(Jf ,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement 5s
hereby ordered to be made; the City Cour.-:11 hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 Gild 30 of tete Ci.cy
Charter:
H-409 Rue Versailles from Seventy-First (71) Street to
Bay Drive to be paved, and where heretofore paved
to be repaved to a width of Forty-Nine (49) feet
with a bituminous wearing surface on a Ten (10)
inch rock base, and improved on both sides with
concrete curb and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage , sewer inlets ,
manholes and catch basins .
As said Rue Versailles, Seventy-First (71) Street and
Bay Drive are shown on Plat' recorded in Plat Book
Twenty-Five (25) , Page Sixty (60) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Seventy-First(71)
Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 982.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
.. he City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
•_•'spection and superintendence of the work, the Preparation of
lens and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
,,<ation of notices and proceedings, the Preparation of bonds,
ir. ,erest during construction, legal services, abstracts,etc.,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
:)roceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
• rlount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District U-409
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on Rue
Versailles and lying between Seventy-First (71) Street
and Bay Drive.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-409 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-409.
