HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI EF4CH,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting firth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of tie City
Charter:
H-411 Bay Drive from Seventy-First (71) Street to Rue Versailles
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be repaved to a
width of Fifty (50) feet with a bituminous wearing surface
on a Ten (10) inch rock base, and improved on both sides
with concrete curb and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage , sewer inlets, manholes
and catch basins .
As said Bay Drive , Seventy-First (71) Street and Rue Versailles
are shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-Five (25)
Page Sixty (60) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Seventy-First (71) Street is named
and designated in Ordinance No. 982.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
;he City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
spection and superintendence of the work, the Preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
„ation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
)r.terest during construction, legal services, abstracts,etc.,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
.amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District H-411
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on Bay Drive
and lying between Seventy-First(71) Street and Rue Versailles.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-411 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-L.11.
