HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-1412 H-4.12
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BE^'.;F,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Cour^il hereby s stt?r_g _Drtn
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of tie City
Charter:
H-14.12 North Shore Drive from Normandy Waterway to Fairway Drive
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be repaved to
a width of Thirty-Nine (39) feet with a bituminous wearing
surface on a Ten (10) inch rock Kase, and improved on both
sides with concrete curb and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,manholes
and catch basins .
As said Drives and Waterway are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book Forty-Four 0)1 ) ,, rage Sixty-Two (62) and
Plat Book Twenty-Five (25) , Page Sixty (60) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
;he City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
,spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
,' tion of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
7r.terest during construction, legal services, abstracts,etc.,
and any other expenses necessary and Groper in conducting the
;)roceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
,mount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District H-412
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on North Shore
Drive and lying between Normandy 1,aterway and Fairway
Drive.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-412 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-4..12.
