BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-527 The laying underground of an eight (8 ) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer, with necessary manholes and
appurtenances, at or near the easterly curb line
of East Rivo Alto Drive from a point at or near
the southerly line of Lot Five (5) , Block Four W .
Rivo Alto Island, to a point at or near the North-
erly line of Lot Fifteen (15) , Block Three (3),
Rivo Alto Island,
and also
At or near the westerly curb line of West Rivo
Alto Drive from a point at or near the southerly
line of Lot Five (5) , Block One ( 1) , Rivo Alto
Island to a point at or near the southerly line
of Venetian Way and in West Rivo Alto Drive from
the Northerly line of Venetian Way to a point at
or near the northerly line of Lot Fifteen (15) ,
Block Two (2) , Rivo Alto Island,
and also
At or near the southerly curb line of Venetian
Way from a point at or near the easterly curb
line of East Rivo Alto Drive to a point at or
near the 'East line of West Rivo Alto Drive, and,
at or near the Northerly curb line of Venetian
Way from a point at or near the Easterly curb
line of East Rivo Alto Drive to a point at or near the
Easterly line of West Rivo Alto Drive, all, together
with a Four (L}.) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
sixty (60) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Lots, Blocks, Island, and Drives are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book seven (7) , Page
seventy-four (74), of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Venetian Way is shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) , Page
Seventy-four (74) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said East and West Rivo Alto
Drives are named and designated in Ordinance No. 3030
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and

proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-527, and
is described as follows:
Lots five (5) through nineteen (19) , Block
one (1) ; Lots one (1) through fifteen (15) ,
Block two (2) ; Lots one (1) through fifteen (15) ,
Block three (3) ; Lots five (5) through nine-
teen (19 ), Block four (4); Lots one (1) through
four (4), Block seven (7) and Lots five (5)
through eight (8 ) , Block eight (8 ), all on
Rivo Alto Island, according to the Plat there-
of recorded in Plat Book seven (7), at page
seventy-four (74) , of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-527, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-527.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16t6AY OF March, A.D.1955.
