SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE ENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-528 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer, with necessary manholes and
appurtenances, at or near the center line of East
Rivo Alto Drive, from a point at or near the west-
ly line of Lot One (1) , Block Four (4) , Rivo Alto
Island, to a point at or near the northerly line of
Lot Four (4) , Block Four (4), Rivo Alto Island and
from a point at or near the southerly line of Lot
Sixteen (16) , Block Three (3 ) , Rivo Alto Island to
a point at or near the westerly line of Lot Nineteen
(19 ), Block Three (3), Rivo Alto Island; at or near
the center line of West Rivo Llto Drive from a point
at or near the easterly line of Lot One (1) , Block
One (1) , Rivo Alto Island to a point at or near the
northerly line of Lot Four (4), Block One (1) , Rivo
Alto Island and from a point at or near the southerly
line of Lot Sixteen (16) , Block Two (2) , Rivo Alto
Island to a point at or near the easterly line of
Lot Nineteen (19) , Block Two (2 ), Rivo Alto Island;
at or near the center line of First Rivo Alto Terrace;
Second Rivo Alto Terrace, Third Rivo Alto Terrace and
Fourth Rivo Alto Terrace from East Rivo Alto Drive to
West Rivo Alto Drive, together with a four (4) inch
terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line
of each sixty (60) feet of abutting property as a part
of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Blocks, Island, Drives and Terraces
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 7, at
Page 74, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said East Rivo Alto Drive, West
Rivo Alto Drive and First, Second, Third and Fourth
Rivo Alto Terraces are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 303.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District BR-528, and is
described as follows:

through Nineteen (19) , Block Two (2) ; Lots Sixteen
(16) through Nineteen (19 ), Block Three (3) ; Lots
One (1) through Four (4), Block Four (4) ; Lots

One (1) through Seven (7), Block Five (5) ; Lots One (1)
through Eight (8), Block Six (6) ; Lots Five (5) through
Eight (8 ), Block Seven (7) ; Lots One (1) through Four
(4) , Block Eight (8 ) ; Lots One (1) through Eight (8 ) ,
Block Nine (9) ; and Lots One (1) through Seven (7) ,
Block Ten (10) , all in Rivo Alto Island, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book Seven (7), at
Page Seventy-four (74) , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-528, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-528.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16tFbAY OF March, A.D. 1955.
