BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, rLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:

SR-529 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch/sanitary
sewer with necessary manholes and appurtenances at
or near the easterly curb line of East DiLido Drive
from a point at or near the southerly line of Lot
Two (2) , Block One (1) , DiLido Island to a point
at or near the northerly line of Lot Twenty-two (22),
Block Four (4) , DiLido Island; at or near the westerly
curb line of West DiLido Drive from a point at or
near the southerly line of Lot Thirteen (13), Block
One (1) , DiLido Island to the south line of Venetian
Way, and from the north line of Venetian Way to a point
at or near the northerly line of Lot Twenty-two (22) ,
Block Three (3) , DiLido Island; at or near the southerly
curb line of Venetian Way from East DiLido Drive to
West DiLido Drive, and at or near the northerly curb
line of Venetian Way from East DiLido Drive to West Di-
Lido Drive, together with a four (4) inch terra cotta
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
sixty (60) feet of abutting property as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Lots, Blocks, Island and Drives are shown on
a plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) , at Page Thirty-
six (36) of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida,
and as said Venetian Way is shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book Eight (8) , at Page Seventy-four (74) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said East
DiLido Drive and West DiLido Drive are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 303.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-529, and is
described as follows :
Lots One (1) { Two (2) , Thirteen (13) , and Fourteen (14),
Block One (1) ; Lots One (1) through Twenty (20) , Block Two
(2) ; Lots One (1) through Twenty-two (22) , Block Three (3) ;
Lots One (1) through Twenty-two (22) , Block Four (4) ; Lots
One (1) through Twenty (20) , Block Five (5) ; Lots One ( 1)
through Four (4) , Block Ten (10) , and Lots Five (5)
through Eight (8) , Block Eleven (11) , all in DiLido Island
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book Eight
(8) , at Page Thirty-six (36) , of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-529,
and the property against which assessments therefor may be
made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District
SR-529.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D.1955.
