SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of thefollowing described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council is hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-530 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and
appurtenances at or near the center line of East
DiLido Drive from a point at or near the northerly
line of Lot Three (3) , Block One (1) , DiLido
Island to a point at or near the westerly line of
Lot Seven (7) , Block One (1 ) , DiLido Island and
from a point at or near the southerly line of Lot
Twenty-three (23 ) , Block Four (L4.) , DiLido Island
to a point at or near the westerly line of Lot
Twenty-seven (27) , Block Four (Lb) , DiLido Island;
at or near the center line of West DiLido Drive
from a point at or near the northerly line of Lot
Twelve ( 12 ) , Block One (1) , DiLido Island to a
point at or near the easterly line of Lot Eight
(8) , Block One (1) , DiLido Island, and from a
point at or near the southerly line of Lot Twenty-
three (23) , Block Three (3) , DiLido Island to a
point at or near the easterly line of Lot Twenty-
seven (27 ) , Block Three (3) , DiLido Island; at or
near the center line of 2irst, Second, Third,
Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Terraces
from East DiLido Drive to West DiLido Drive, to-
gether with a four (It) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral to the line of each sixty ( 60) feet of
abutting property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Blocks, Island, Drives and Terraces
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Eight
(8) , at Page Thirty-six (36) , of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Venetian ''Jayy
is shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8 )
at Page Seventy-four (71+) , of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said East DiLido
Drive, West DiLido Drive, and First through Eighth
Terraces are named and designated in Ordinance No. 303.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of Preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices an:' proceed-
ings, the Preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.

The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby desinated as District SR-530, and is des-
cribed as follows :
Lots Three (3 ) through Twelve (12) , Block One (1) ; Lots
Twenty-three (23 ) through Twenty-seven (27 ) , Block Three
(3 ) ; Lots Twenty-three (23 ) through Twenty-seven (27 ) ,
Block Four (4) ; Lots One (1) through Six (6) , Block Six
(6 ) ; Lots One through Eight (8) , Block Seven (7) ; Lots
One (1) through Eight (8) , Block Eight (8) ; Lots One (1)
through Eight (8) , Block Nine (9) ; Lots Five (5) through
Eight (8 ) , Block Ten (10) ; Lots One (1) through Four (4)
Block Eleven (11) ; Lots One (1) through Eight (8) , Block
Twelve (12 ) ; Lots One (1) through Eight (8) , Block Thir-
teen (13 ) ; Lots One (1 ) through Eight (8) , Block Fourteen
( ]4) ; and Lots One (1) through Six (6) , Block Fifteen(15)
all in DiLido Island according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book Eight (8 ) , at Page Thirty-six (36) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-530, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-530.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D.1955
