SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IMiIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-531 The laying underground of an eight (8 ) inch
terra cotta Sanitary Sewer with necessary
manholes and appurtenances, at or near the
easterly curb line of East San Marino Drive
from a point at or near the westerly line
of Lot One (1) , Block ;our (L ), San Marino
Island to a point at or near the northerly
line of Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3) , San
Marino Island; at or near the westerly curb
line of West San Marino Drive from a point
at or near the easterly line of Lot One (1) ,
Block One (1) , San Marino Island to a point
at or near the southerly line of Venetian
Way and from a point at or near the northerly
line of Venetian Way to a point at or near
the northerly line of Lot Ten (10) , Block Two
(2 ) , San Marino Island; at or near the south-
erly curb line of Venetian Way from East San
Marino Drive to West San Marino Drive; at or
near the northerly curb line of Venetian Way,
East San Marino Drive to West San Marino
Drive; at or near the southerly curb line of
Fourth Terrace from East San :arino Drive to
West San Marino Drive, together with a four
(4) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the
main sewer to each sixty (60) feet of abutting
property as a part of the main improvement.
As said lots, Blocks, Island7Drives and Terrace
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book Nine
(9), Page twenty-two (22) , of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Venetian
Way is shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
Eight (8 ) , Page Seventy-four (74) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said
East San Marino Drive, West San Marino Drive
and Fourth Terrace are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 303.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file,with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and7estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc., and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-531, and is
described as follows :

Lots One (1) through Sixteen (16), Block One (1) ;
Lots One (1) through Ten (10), Block Two (2) ;
Lots One (1) through Ten (10) , Block Three (3) ;
Lots One (1) through Sixteen (16) , Block Four (4) ;
Lots Five (5) through Eight (8 ), Block Six (6) ;
Lots One (1) through Four (4) , Block Seven (7) and
Lots Five ( ) through Eight (8 ) , Block Eight (8)
San Marino Island, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book Nine (9) , at Page Twenty-
two (22) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-531, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-531.
