BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-532 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch Terra
Cotta Sanitary Sewer with necessary manholes and
appurtenances at or near the center line of East
San Marino Drive from a point at or near the
southerly line of Lot Eleven (11) , Block Three (3 ) ,
San Marino Island to a point at or near the westerly
line of Lot Sixteen (16) , Block Three (3) , San
Marino Island; at or near the center line of West
San Marino Drive from a point at or near the southerly
line of Lot Eleven (11) , Block Two (2) , San Marino
Island to a point at or near the easterly line of
Lot Sixteen (16) , Block Two (2 ) , San Marino Island;
at or near the center line of First, Second and Third
Terraces from East San Marino Drive to West San Marino
Drive , together with a four (Lb) inch Terra Cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to each sixty (60) feet of
abutting property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Blocks , Island, Drives and Terraces are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Nine (9) at
Page Twenty-two (22) , and Plat Book Thirty-nine (39) ,
at Page Seventeen (17 ) , of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said East San Marino
Drive , West San Marino Drive , First, Second and Third
Terraces are named and designated in Ordinance No.303.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys ; the inspection and
saperintendance of the work, the preparation of plans and specifi-
cations and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings , the preparation of bonds , interest during construction,
legal services , abstracts etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of

such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-532, and is
described as follows:
Lots Eleven (11 ) through Sixteen (16) , Block Two (2 ) ;
Lots Eleven (11) through Sixteen (16) , Block Three (3 ) ;
Lots One (1) through Eight (8) , Block Five (5) ;
Lots One (1) through Four (4) Block Six (6) ;
Lots Five (5) through Eight (8 ) , Block Seven (7 ) ;
Lots One (1) through Four (4) , Block Eight (8) ; Block A,
San Marino Island, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book Nine (9) , at Page Twenty-two (22 ) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
Lots One (1) through Three (3 ) , Block B, Andress Resub-
division of Block B, San Marino Island, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book Thirty-nine (39) , at
Page Seventeen (17 ) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
Tanis improvement shall be designated in all proceedin;s, assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-532, and the pro-
perty against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SR-532.
