SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:

SR-534 The laying//of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and
appurtenances, at or near the center line of
r North Coconut Lane from the easterly end of
said North Coconut Lane to the westerly end
thereof; at or near the center line of South
Coconut Lane from the easterly end of said Coconut
Lane to the westerly end thereof, together with
a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of each lot or parcel
of land as a part of the main improvement.
As said Lanes are shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book Thirty-two (32) at Page Thirty-seven
(37 ) of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys ; the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
fications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construc-
tion, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-534, and
is described as follows :
Lots One (1) through Thirty-one (31) , Block 2-A;
Lots Thirty-two (32) through Fifty-six (56) , Block
2-B; Lots one (1) through Nine (9), Block C-2;
Lots One (1) through Seven (7) , Block E -2 and Lots
One (1) through Twenty-two (22), Block D-2, Amended
Riviera-, and 1st and 2nd Additions thereto, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book Thirty-two
(32) , at Page Thirty-seven (37) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-534, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-534.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D. 1955.
