SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-535 The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra cotta sanitary
sewer with necessary manholes and appurtenances at or near the
westerly curb line of East Palm Midway from South Hibiscus
Drive to North Hibiscus Drive , together with a six (6) inch
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each one hun-
dred and fifteen (115) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer at or near the northerly curb line of North
Hibiscus Drive from the easterly end of said North Hibiscus
Drive to the westerly end thereof; at or near the southerly
curb line of South Hibiscus Drive from the easterly end of
said South Hibiscus Drive to the westerly end thereof, to-
gether with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to each sixty (60) feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Midway and Drives are shown on Plats recorded in
Plat Book Eight (8 ) , Page Seventy-five (75) and Plat Book
Thirty-four (34) , Page Eighty-seven (87 ) of the Public
Records of Dade County, :Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys ; the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates ,the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds , interest during construction, legal services , abstracts , etc. ,and
any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-535 and is described
as follows:
Lots One ( 1) through Thirty (30) , Block One (1) ; Lots One
(1 ) through Sixty (60) and Lot A, Block Two (2 ) ; Lots One
( 1) through Thirty (30 ) , Block Three (3 ) and Tract B,
Hibiscus Island, according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book Eight (8) , at Page Seventy-five (75) of the Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments,and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-535, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-535.
