SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-536 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
Sanitary Sewer with necessary manholes and appurtenances
at or near the center line of the alleys located in
Blocks E, H, I, K, L, N, 0, R, S, and W, Resubdivision
of Blocks C and D, Hibiscus Island, from South Hibiscus
Drive to North Hibiscus Drive , together with a six(6)
inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to
the line of each seventy-five (75) feet of abutting pro-
perty as a part of the main Improvement.
As said Alleys , Blocks , Drives and Resubdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , at Page
Eighty-seven (87) of the Puolic Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates ,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the prepara-
tion of bonds , interest during construction, legal services, abstracts ,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the pro-
ceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessment -• are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-536 and is des-
cribed as follows:
All the lots located in Blocks E, H, I, K, L, N, 0, R,
S and W, Resubdivision of Blocks C and D of Hibiscus
Island , accordingtothe Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 34 at Page 87 , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-536, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-536.
