SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-537 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and
appurtenances, at or near the northerly curb line
of North View Drive from West Twenty-eighth (28th)
Street to Lake Avenue; at or near the southerly
curb line of West Twenty-eighth (28th) Street from
Sunset Drive to Lake Avenue; at or near the easter-
ly curb line of Sunset Drive from West Twenty-eighth
(28th) Street to a point at or near the southerly
line of Lot One (1) , Block One A (1A) ,Sunset Island
No.1, together with a four (4) inch terra cotta
sewer lateral from the main sewer to each one
hundred (100) feet of abutting -Property as a part
of the main improvement.
As said Drives, Avenue, Street, Lot, Block and Island
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Forty (40) ,
at Page eight (8) , and Plat Book Forty (40), at Page
Twenty-three (23) , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby d esignated as District SR-537, and is
described as follows :
Lots One (1) through nine (9), Block One A(1-A) ;
Lots one (1) through ten (10) , Block One E (1-E) ;
Lots six (6) through twelve (12) , Block One H (1-H) ,
Third Revised Plat of Sunset Islands, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book Forty (40) ,
at page eight (8) , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One A(1-A) Sunset
Lake Extension according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book Forty (40) , at page twenty-three
(23) , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary sewer Improvement SR-537, and the property

against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-537.
