SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT. RESOLVED BY THE CITY CON/CIL OF THE CITY OF IJIA1 Rk'ACH, l+LORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:

SR-538 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch/sanitary
sewer with necessary manholes and appurtenances at
or near the centerline of hest 28th Street from Sun-
set Drive to North View Drive; at or near the center-
line of ,`unset Drive, Lucerne Avenue, Regatta Avenue
and Lake Avenue from Wiest 28th Street to North View
Drive, together with a four (4) inch sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of each eighty-five
(85) feet of abutting property as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Street, Drives and Avenues are shown on plats
recorded in Flat _Book Forty (40), at Page Eight (8)
and Plat -gook Forty (40) at Page Twenty-three (23),
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City .engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk _pans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc., and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-538, and is
described as follows:
Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Block One-B (1-B); Lots
One (1) through Eight (5), Block One-C (1-C); Lots One (1)
through Seven (7), Block One-D (1-D); Lots One (1) through
Four (4), Block One-F (1-F) and Lots One (1) through Five (5),
Block One (1-h), Third Revised Flat of Sunset Islands accord-
ing to the Flat thereof recorded in Flat Book Forty (40), at
Page Eight (8), of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
Lots One (1) through Five (5), Block One (1), Sunset Lake
Extension according to the Flat thereof recorded in Flat
Book Forty (40), at Page Twenty-three (23), of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-538, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-538.
