BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE' CITY COUl/CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, d 0_ IDA
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:

SR-539 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch/sanitary
sewer with necessary manholes and appurtenances, at
or near the northerly curb line of West 27th Street
from Bay Avenue to Lake Avenue; at or near the
southerly curb line of West 25th Street from Bay
Avenue to Lake Avenue; at or near the easterly and
westerly curb lines of Sunset Drive from West 25th
Street to :rest 27th Street; at or near the easterly
curb line of Sunset Drive from West 27th Street to
a point at or near the northerly line of Lot One (1),
Block Two-D (2-D), Third Revised Flat of .;'unset
Islands, together with a four (4) inch terra cotta
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of
each one hundred (100) feet of abutting property as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Streets, Avenues, Drive, Lot, Block and Islands
are shown on plats recorded in Flat Book Forty (40), Page
Eight (3), and Flat Book Forty (40), Page Twenty-three
(23), of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys; the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-539, and is
described as follows:
Lots One (1) through Four (4), Block Two-A (2-A); Lots
One (1) through Nine (9), Block Two-D (2-D); Lots Five (5)
through Eight (3), Block Two-E (2-E); Lots One (1) through
Nine (9), Block Two-G (2-G); Lots One (1) through Ten (10)
and Eighteen (18) through Twenty-four (24), Block Two-II
(2-H), Third Revised Flat of sunset Islands according to
the plat thereof recorded in .Flat Book Forty (40), at Page
Eight (8), of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments a?od bonds as Sanitary sewer Improvement SR-539, and the

cost thereof shall be designated as District .SR-539.
