Bim' IT RESOLVED BY T1.E CITY COUNCIL OF TEE' CITY OF I IA1 1 BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Coup cil hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
S_`B-540 The laying underground of an eight (3) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and appurtenances,
at or near the centerline of Bay Avenue, Shelter Avenue,
Lucerne Avenue, Regatta Avenue and Lake Avenue from West
25th Street to West 27th Street, together with a four (4)
inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main line to each
one hundred (100) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Avenues and Streets are shown on plats recorded
in Plat Book Forty (40) at Page Eight (8) and Plat Book
Forty (40) at Page Twenty-three (23) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be rade for the cost
of such i; provement is hereby designated as District SR-540, and
is described as follows:
Lots Five (5) through Eight (8), Block Two-A (2-A), Lots
One (1) through Eight (d), Block Two-B (2-B); Lots One (1)
through Eight (3), Block Two-C (2-C); Lots One (1) through
Four (4), Block Two-E (2-E); Lots One (1) through Eight (3),
Block Two-F (2-F); Lots Eleven (11) through Seventeen (17),
Block Two-H (2-H), Third Revised Plat of Sunset Islands,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Flat Rook Forty
(40), at Page Eight (3), of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
Lots One (1) through Nine (9), lock Two (2), Sunset Lake
Extension; according to the Plat thereof recorded in Flat
Book Forty (40), at Page Twenty-three (2.3) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-540, and the property

shall be designated as District SR-540.
