BE IT RESOLVED BY TIS' CITY COUNCIL OF 1= CITY OF ITIA&I BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-542 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and appurtenances,
at or near the center line of West 21st Street from Bay
Avenue to Sunset Drive; at or near the center line of
West 22nd .:Street from Bay Avenue to Lake Avenue; at or
near the center lines of Bay Avenue, Regatta Avenue and
Lake Avenue from :Wrest 21st Street to West 22nd Street;
at or near .the center line of Sunset Drive from ;lest
22nd Street to a point at or near the northerly line
of Lot One (1), Block Four-F (4-4, Third Revised Plat
of ;Sunset Islands.
As said Streets, Avenues, Drive, Lot, Block and Islands
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Forty (40) at
Page Eight (8) and Plat Book Forty (40) at Page Twenty-
three (23), of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-542, and is
described as follows:
All the lots in Blocks Four-A (4-A), Four-B (4-B), Four-C
(4-C), Four-D (4-2), Four-E (4-E) and Four-F (4-F), Third
Revised Plat of Sunset Islands, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat .book Forty (40), at Page Eight
(3), of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
All the lots in Blocks Four (4) and Five (5), Sunset Lake
Extension; according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book Forty (40) at Page Twenty-three (23) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as rani tary Sewer Improvement Sl -542, and the property

against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as Districtn-542.
