BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-543 The laying underground of a twelve (12) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and
appurtenances at or near the center line of North
Biscayne Point Road from a point at or near the
westerly line of Hawthorne Avenue to a point at or
near the westerly line of Lot Twelve (12), Block
Ten (10) , Biscayne Point; at or near the center line
of Noremac Avenue from North Biscayne Point Road to
a point at or near the southerly line of Lot eleven
(11) , Block Fourteen (14) , Biscayne Point.
The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and
appurtenances, at or near the center line of Cleve-
land Road from a point at or near the westerly line
of Lot Twelve (12 ) , Block Ten (10) , Biscayne Point
to Henedon Avenue; at or near the center line of
Daytonia Road from Noremac Avenue to a point at or
near the westerly line of Lot Sixteen (16) , Block
Eight (8) , Biscayne Point.
The laying underground of an eight (8 ) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer with necessary manholes and
appurtenances, at or near the center line of Cecil
Street from Cleveland Road to North Biscayne Point
Road; at or near the center line of Cleveland Road
from Noremac Avenue to a point at or near the west-
erly line of Lot Sixteen (16) , Block Nine (9) ,
Biscayne Point and from Henedon Avenue to Biscayne
Point Circle; at or near the center line of Biscayne
Point Circle from Cleveland Road to Daytonia Road;
at or near the center line of Noremac Avenue from
Daytonia Road to South Biscayne Point Road; at or
near the center line of Fowler Street from Daytonia
Road to South Biscayne Point Road; at or near the
center line of South Biscayne Point Road from a
point at or neat the westerly line of Lot Thirteen
(13) , Block Seven (7 ) , to a point at or near the
easterly line of Lot Thirty-three (33 ) , Block Seven
(7 ) , Biscayne Point; at or near the center line of
Daytonia Road from a point at or near the westerly
line of Lot Sixteen (16) , Block Eight (8 ) , Biscayne
Point to Biscayne Point Circle, together with a six
(6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main
sewer to the line of each abutting lot or parcel of
land as a part of the main improvement.
As said Roads, Avenues, Streets, Lots, Blocks and
Biscayne Point are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book 14, at page 35, Plat Book 29, at Page 63,
Plat Book 47 at page 13 and Plat Book 57 at page
28 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Cleveland Road, Daytonia Road and
Hawthorne Avenue are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the ex-
penses of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-543, and is
described as follows:
Lots One (1) through Twelve (12 ), Block One (1) ;
Lots One (1) through Twenty-four (24) , Block
Three (3) ; Lots One (1) through Thirty (30) ,
Block Four (4) ; Lots One (1) through Thirty
(30) , Block Five (5) ; Lots One (1) through
Twenty-four (24) , Block Six (6) ; Lots One (1)
through Thirty-three (33) , Block Seven (7 ) ; Lots
One (1) through Thirty-five (35) , Block Eight (8) ;
Lots One (1) through Thirty-five (35) , Block Nine
(9) ; Lots One (1) through Thirty-two (32), Block
Ten (10) ; Lots One (1) through Sixteen (16) , Block
Eleven (11) ; Lots One (1) through Fifteen (15) ,
Block Twelve ( 12 ) ; Lots One (1) through Thirteen
(13) , Block Thirteen (13) ; Lots One (1) through
Thirteen (13) , Block Fourteen (14) , Lots One (1)
through Twelve (12) , Block Fifteen (15) , and Lots
One (1) through Twelve ( 12 ), Block Sixteen (16),
Biscayne Point, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 14, at page 35, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
Lots One (1) through Four (4) , Block Two (2 ),
Sharf's Resubdivision of Block Two (2) , Biscayne
Point, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 47, at page 13, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
Lots A through E, Block Twelve ( 12 ) , Plat of Sub-
division of Lot Sixteen (16) , Block Twelve (12 ),
Biscayne Point, according to the Plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 29, Page 63, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
Resubdivision of Lot Thirty-three (33) , Block
Ten (10) , Biscayne Point, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 57, at Page 28,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-543, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-543.
