Resolution 8932 RESOLUTION NO. 8932 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-183 DISTRICT SK-183 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SK-183 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on both sides of Seventy-Sixth (76th) Street, from Dickens Avenue to Collins Avenue. As said Street and Avenues are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) , Page Forty-one (4.1) and Plat Book Thirty- One (31), Page Forty (4.0) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Streets and Avenues are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi- cation of notices and prooeedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in condur:tirg the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutiti:ig property. The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of such impro-ement is hereby designated as District SK-183 and is described as follows : All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on Seventy-sixth (76th) Street and lying between Dickens Avenue and Collins Avenue. This Improvement shall be designated in allroceedings, assess- ments and bonds as Sidewalk ImprovementSK-18,jand the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SK-183 PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D. 1955 _ MAY• ATTEST: C.
