BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF .i TALI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
St-205 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the north side of
Seventy-first (71st) Street from Trouville L'splanade
to and including the North Bay Causeway approach, and
on the south side of Seventy-first (71st) Street from
Rue Granville to and including the Horth Bay Causeway
approach.
As said Seventy-firs' (71st) Street, Trouville Esplanade,
Rue Granville and North Bay Causeway approach are shown
on Plats recorded in Flat Book Twenty-Five (25), rage
Fifty-Six (56); Flat Book Thirty-Pour (34), Page Eighty
(30) and Plat Book Forty (40), Page Thirty-Three (33)
of the Public Records of Dade County Florida, and as
said Seventy-First (71st) Street is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 932.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and specifications
and Estimates, the printing and _publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District -205 and
is described as follows:
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on Seventy-
first (71st) .Street and lying on the north side of said
street between Trouville Esplanade and to and including
the North Bay Causeway approach, and abutting on , eventy-
first (71st) Street and lying on the south side of said
street between :Ace ,Granville and to and including the
North Bay Causeway approach.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-205, and the property

against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District-205.
