SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-209 DISTRICT SK-209
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-209 A Five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the west side of
Pine Tree Drive from 47th Street to a point at or near
the northerly line of Lot Nineteen (19) , clock Thirty-
Two (32) of Lake View Subdivision.
As said Pine Tree Drive, )+7th Street, Lot Nineteen(19)
Block Thirty-Two (32) and Lake View Subdivision are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book ]4, Page 42, and
Plat Book 47 , Page 105, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
cation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-209
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on the west
side of Pine Tree Drive and lying between ). 7th Street and a
point at br near the northerly line of Lot 19, Block 32 of
Lake View Suodivision.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-209and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SK-209.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D. 1955
