SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-210 DISTRICT SK-210
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-210 A nine and one-half (9 1/2) foot concrete sidewalk
on the east side of Collins Avenue from Forty-fourth
(44th) Street to a point at or near the northerly
line of Lot Six (6) Indian Beach Corporation's Sub-
division.
As said Collins Avenue, Forty-fourth (44th) Street,
Lot Six (6), and Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision
are shown on plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) ,
Page Sixty-one (61) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Forty-fourth (44th) Street is named
and designated in. Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
c^tirn of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-210
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on the
Fast side of Collins Avenue, and lying between Forty-
fourth (14th) Street and a point at or near the
northerly line of Lot Six (6) , Indian Beach Corporation's
Subdivision.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-21Dand the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SK-210
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF March, A.D. 1955
