Resolution 8990 RESOLUTION NO. 8990`
WHEREAS, HELEN COSTELLO, the owner of Lot Seventy-
Six (70) , Block Ten (10) , Ocean Side Section Isle of Norman-
dy, has agreed to sell and convey to the City of Miami Beach
the Northerly twenty-five (25) feet of said land for the off-
street parking of automobiles for the sum of Six Thousand
($0,000 .00) Dollars, provided the City shall make certain
structural alterations and changes in the building now occupy-
ing said land, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion heretofore made and
duly carried by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
authorizing said transaction, the City Attorney has prepared
an agreement between the parties with the terms of which the
City Council is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to exe-
cute said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the disbursing officers
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to make such
disbursements required by said agreement out of funds of the
City available for such purpose .
