SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-219 DISTRICT SK-219
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby settng forth
it, intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Cnarterw
SK-219 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the north side of 71st
Street from Trouville Esplanade to and including the North
Bay Causeway Approach, and on the south side of 71st Street
from Rue Granville to and including the North Bay Causeway
Approach.
As said 71st Street, Trouville Esplanade, Rue Granville and
North Bay Causeway Approach are shown on Plats recorded in
Plat Book Twenty-Five (25) , Page Fifty-Six (56) ; Plat Book
Thirty-Four (34) , Page Eighty (80) and Plat Book Forty (40), Page
Thirty-Three (33) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said 71st Street is named and designated in Ordinance No.
982.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the prepay ;tion of
plans and specifications and estimates* the printing end publi-
cetlon of notices and prcoeedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during constructions legal services, abstracts; etc. ,
and any other ext en._:e4 necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work: herein provided for; and the esti:uated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District. SK-219
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on 71st Street and
lying on the north side of said street between Trouville Esplanade
and to and including the North Bay Causeway Approach, and abutting
on 71st Street and lying on the south side of said street between
Rue Granville and to and including the North Bay Causeway Approach.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk ImprovementSK-,219and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as DistrictSK-219
