Resolution 9032 RESOLUTION NO. 9032
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolutions Nos. 8866, 8869, 8871, 8872, 8876, 8877,
8878, 8879, 8881, 8882, 8884, 8885, 8886, 8887, 889o, 8891, 8892,
8893, 8894, 8895, 8896, 8897, 8898, 8899, 8901, 8903, 8904 and
8905, passed and adopted on the 16th day of March, 1955, ordered
the construction of Highway Improvements H-377, H-380, H-382,
H-383, H-387, H-388, H-389, H-390, H-392, H-393, H-395, H-396,
H-397 , H-398, H-401, H-402, H-4030 H-404, H-405 H-406, H-407,
H-408, H-409, H-410, H-412, H-414, H-415 and H-x+16, respectively,
and
WHEREAS, the said City Council, by Resolutions Nos. 9018,
8998 and 8999, passed and adopted on the 6th day of April, 1955,
ordered the construction of Highway Improvements H-417, H-431
and H-432, respectively, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to abandon
these aforementioned contemplated improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolutions Nos. 8866,
8869, 8871, 8872, 8876, 8877, 8878, 8879, 8881, 8882, 8884, 8885,
8886, 8887, 8890, 8891, 8892, 8893, 8894, 8895, 8896, 8897, 8898,
8899, 8901, 8903, 8904, 8905, 9018, 8998 and 8999, ordering said
Highway Improvements H-377, H-380, H-382, H-383, H-387, H-388, H-389,
H-390, H-392, H-393, H-395, H-396, H-397, H-398, H-401, H-402, H-403,
H-404, H-405, H-406, H-407 H-408, H-409, H-410, H-412, H-414, H-415,
H-416, H-417, H-431 and H-432, respectively, be and the same are
hereby rescinded and repealed.
