Resolution 9033 RESOLUTION NO. 9033
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
by Resolutions Nos. 8932, 8933, 8934, 8935, 8936, 8937, 8938
8939, 8940, 8941, 8946, 8947, 8948, 8949, 8950, 8951, 8952, 8953,
8954 and 8958, passed and adopted on the 16th day of March, 1955,
ordered the construction of Sidewalk Improvements SK-183, SK-184,
SK-185, SK-186, SK-187, SK-188, SK-189, SK-190, SK-191, SK-192,
SK-197, SK-198, SK-199, SK-200, SK-201, SK-202, SK-203, SK-204,
SK-205 and SK-209, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council, by Resolutions Nos. 9001
and 9002, passed and adopted on the 6th day of April, 1955,
ordered the construction of Sidewalk Improvements SK-219 and
SK-220, respectively, and
WHEREAS this Body has subsequently decided to abandon these
aforementioned contemplated improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolutions Nos.
8932, 8933, 8934, 8935, 8936, 8937, 8938, 8939, 8940, 8941, 8946,
8947, 8948, 8949, 8950, 8951, 8952, 8953, 8954 8958, 9001 and
9002 ordering said Sidewalk Improvements SK-183, SK-184, SK-185,
SK-186, SK-187, SK-188, SK-189, SK-190, SK-191, SK-192, SK-197,
SK-198, SK-199, SK-200, SK-201, SK-202, SK-203, SK-204, SK-205,
SK-209, SK-219 and SK-220, respectively, be and the same are
hereby rescinded and repealed. '
