RESOLUTION NO. 9034
the the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolutions Nos. 8907, 8909 and 8910, passed
and adopted on the 16th day of March, 1D55, ordered the
construction of White Way Improvements WW-121, WW-123 and
WW-125, respectively, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to
abandon these aforementioned contemplated improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolutions
Nos. 8907, 8909 and 8910, ordering said White Way Improvements
WW-121, WW-123 and WW-125, respectively, be and the same are
hereby rescinded and repealed.
