RESULUTION NO. 9050
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No . 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida", so as to reduce from ninety(90 ' )
feet to seventy-five (75 ' ) feet the minimum depth of the
front yard in connection with Block 17, Miami Beach Im-
provement Company 's Ocean Front Subdivision, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, pages 7 and
8 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is also considering
amending the Code of the City of Miami Beach so as permit
the construction of a platform and walkway easterly of the
harbor line in front of said Block 17.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on June 15, 1955
at 11 :00 o 'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida for the consideration of said amendments .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15 ) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
