Resolution 9055 RESOLUTION NO. 9055
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida deems
it to be to the best interest of said City to enter into
an agreement with various ambulance operators so as to
provide twenty-four (24 ) hour a day ambulance service for
the public within the boundaries of the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared agree-
ments with:

as B. H. BENNETT FUNERAL HOME:
WALSH & WOOD FUNERAL HOME, INC . ; ✓
RIVERSIDE MEMORIAL CHAPEL, MIAMI ACH, INC . ;
HELLMAN FUN.EHAL CHAPELS, INC .
GORDON FUNERAL HOME, INC . ;
BEACH MEMORIAL CHAPEL, INC . ; V
MIAMI BEACH SERVICE CORPORATION;
BLASBERG FUNERAL HOME, INC . ; and
RUSSEL NICELY, trading and doing business
as NICELY FUNERAL HOME,
providing for said ambulance service during the period
extending from April 10, 1955 to April 10, 1956, the terms
of said agreement being identical with those set forth in
agreements entered into by said City with various ambulance
operators during the year 1954, the City Council being
familiar with the terms of said agreement .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreements in the name of and on behalf of said City
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of Ma.y
