RESOLUTION NO. 9077
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No . 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof so as to place in an appropriate
area district those certain parcels of land situate
in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida described as
follows, to wit :
North fiveS5) feet of Lot 4 and all of
Lots 2, 5, v, 7 and 8, Block 36, Amended
Plat Golf Course Subdivision, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 6, page 26 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 6th
day of Jul , 1955, at 11:00 o'clock A. M,
in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beachorida
for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing by public
notice thereof published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper
of general circulation in said City.
