Resolution 9096 r RESOLUTION NO. 9096 WHEREAS, the agreement between the City of Miami Beach and Frank B. Brickman, dated the 16th day of June, 195+, whereby the said Frank B. Brickman was employed as "Inspector of Kosher Foods" will expire on July 22nd, 1955, and the parties mutually desire to extend the said agreement for an additional two year period, terminating on July 22nd, 1957, upon the identical terms and conditions as set forth in the original agreement between the parties; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement by the terms of which the said agreement is extended for an additional two year period terminating on July 22, 1957, upon the same terms and conditions as set forth in the original agreement between the parties, with the terms of which the City Council is familiar; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said extension agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City. BRICKMAN, hereinafter called "Second Party", WITNESSETH : WHEREAS, the "City" and the "Second Party" heretofore, to wit: on the 16th day of June, 1954, entered • into an agreement whereby the "Second Party" was employed by the "City" as "Inspector of Kosher Foods", for a term of one year ending July 22, 1955, and WHEREAS, the parties hereto are mutually desirous of extending the period of said agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed as follows: That the agreement heretofore entered into by and between the parties hereto be, and the same is hereby extended for an additional period of two (2) years terminating on July 22nd, 1957, upon the identical terms and conditions as set forth in the original agreement between the parties.
