Resolution 9098 RESOLUTION NO. 9098
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof, so as to place in the "BAAA" Business
District, as said District is set forth and defined in
said Ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as
follows, to wit:
The north forty-five (45) feet of Lot 7
of Block 30, FISHER'S FIRST SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 2, page 77 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a
public hearing be and the same is hereby called to be
held on August 3, 1955, at 11:00 o 'clock A. M. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk
be and he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days
notice of the time, place and object of said hearing
by public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach
Sun, a newspaper of general 0 7.rculation in said City.
