Resolution 9100 RESOLUTION NO. 9100
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida has been advised that the Greater Miami Jewish
Federation desires to lease the premises and facilities
of the Miami Beach Auditorium for the purpose of a Luncheon
for Women's Division of Combined Jewish Appeal to be held on
February 29, 1956; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared
by the Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the
City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of,
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest
of the City to authorize the execution of said lease
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of
the City S Miami Beach, Florida, and that the Auditorium
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the
City.
