Resolution 9109 RESOLUTION NO. 9109
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No . 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof so as to place in the "RE" Multiple
Family District, as said District is set forth and defined
in said Ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate
in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows,
to-wit:
The north one-half (1/2) of Lot 5 and
Lots 6, 7 and 8 and "out-lots" adjacent
thereto of FIRST OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 6, page 148, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on September 7th,
1955 at 11.15 o 'clock a. m. in the Council Chambers, City
Hall, MiamI Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
