RESOLUTION NO. 9114
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING AUTHORITY FOR
THE SIGNING OF VOUCHERS DRAWING ON
FUNDS IN THE "METER ACCOUNT" OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING CERTAIN VOUCHERS DRAWN
THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That on and after the 17th day of
August , 1955, all with-
drawals of funds from the City of Miami Beach
account in the Mercantile National Bank designated
as the "Meter Account" shall be upon official vouch-
ers duly prepared, bearing the said designation, with
each voucher bearing two signatures as follows :
"By C . W. TOMLINSON, as City Clerk,
or in his absence or inability to
act for any reason,
By D. J. CLEARY, as Deputy City Clerk
or in his absence or inability to
act for any reason,
By W. B. LEDDY, as Deputy City Clerk
countersigned by
CLAUDE A. RENSHAW, as City Manager,
or in his absence or inability to
act for any reason,
By MORRIS N. LIPP, as Assistant City Manager,
or in the absence of both or their
inability to act for any reason,
By MARGARET L. MAC KAY, as Secretary, "
with the further provision that as to the said account,
withdrawal of funds shall be upon regular City of Miami
Beach checks which shall be printed on pink paper and
shall bear two signatures manually signed as above set .
forth; or shall bear the facsimile signatures of C . W.
TOMLINSON, as City Clerk and MORRIS N. LIPP, as Assist-
ant City Manager, in the colors and with the background
and other identifying symbols as imprinted on the sample
check attached hereto and made a part hereof .
SECTION 2: That those certain vouchers drawn on said
"Meter Account" on August 2, 1955, being
Twelve (12) in number and totalling the sum of One Thousand
Four Hundred and Thirty Six Dollars and ten cents ($1436.10) ,
and in conformity with the provisions of this resolution but
prior to the effective date hereof be and the same are here-
by ratified and confirmed,

SECTION 3: That a certified copy of this Resolution
be transmitted to the Mercantile National
Bank, Miami Beach, Florida.
