A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-526 DISTRICT SR-526
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-526,
District SR-526 , has been complete:: and acceptance
of said improvement re'ornmended by the City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a me'Aing of the City Council will be
held at 11 :00 o 'clock A. M. on October 19, A. D. ,
19 55 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
