RESOLUTION NO. 9146
WHEREAS, C . W. TOMLINSON, City Clerk of the City
of Miami Beach, is presently incapacitated by illness for
the performance of his duties, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has heretofore design-
ated R. WM. L. JOHNSON as Chief Deputy City Clerk,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that the said R. WM. L.
JOHNSON, Chief Deputy City Clerk of said City of Miami Beach
be and he is, hereby made custodian of and is given access
to and authority to open that certain safety deposit box in
the vault of the Miami Beach First National Bank, and under
lease to the City of Miami Beach, provided that on each
occasion for the opening of said deposit box there shall be
present with said Chief Deputy City Clerk, either Mr. F . L.
Wall, President, C . H. Alcock, Executive Vice President or
E. E. Stockwill, Vice-President, of said Miami Beach First
National Bank, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy
of this Resolution be transmitted forthwith to said Miami
Beach First National Bank.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of October
