Resolution 9162 RESOLUTION NO . 9162
WHEREAS, Gertrude Gleason was the successful
bidder for the Pro Shop Concession ' t the Normandy
Shores Golf Course, in accordance with the terms of
those specifications dated August 24, 1955, and
WHEREAS, an agreement covering said concession
has been prepared and submitted to the City Council,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the
terms of the said agreement and deems it to be to the
best interest of the City of Miami Beach to enter into
said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement for and in the name
of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of October
1955 .
