Resolution 9172 RESOLUTION NO . 9172
WHEREAS, the CityCouncil of the Cityof Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that ZOLLNER MACHINE WORKS, INC . ,
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Auditorium for the purpose of professional basketball
games on January 18th, 1956, February 13th, 1956 and Feb-
ruary 15th, 1956; and
WHEREAS, three lease agreements have been prepared by
the Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreements
and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of said lease agreements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreements on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and tht the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
