SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

3E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRW, CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described Improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-223 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the southerly side
of Eighty-Third (83 ) Street from Hawthorne Avenue to
Crespi Boulevard and on the northerly side of Eighty-Third
(83) Street from Hawthorne Avenue to the westerly line of
Lot Twenty-eight (28) Block Seven (7 ) Biscayne Beach Sub-
division.
As said Street, Avenue , Boulevard and Subdivision are shown
on Plat recorded in Plat Book Forty-four (1410 , Page Sixty-
seven (67 ) of the Public Records of Dade County , Florida
The City Engineer is hereby directed to pr. eoare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said Improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence of
the work , the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates ,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation
of bonds , interest during construction, legal services , abstracts , etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such Improvement is hereby designated as District SK-223 and is described
as follows:
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on Eighty-third
(83 ) Street and lying between Hawthorne Avenue and Crespi
Boulevard on the southerly side and between Hawthorne Avenue
and the westerly line of Lot Twenty-eight (28) Block Seven(7 )
Biscayne Beach Subdivision on the northerly side.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments and
bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-223 , and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-223.
PASS-iD AND ADOPTED this 16 day of November , A.D. 1955
