Resolution 9183 RESOLUTION NO. 9183
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, commonly
known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", so as to place in the "Two-Story Cabana District",
and in an appropriate Area District, the eastern portion of
Lot 6 of Indian Beach Corporation Subdivision, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 61, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and so as to place
in an appropriate Area District the remainder of said Lot 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 18th day of
January, A. D. 1956, at 2:00 o 'clock P.M. , in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the considera-
tion of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of December,A.D. 1955 .
