Resolution 9190 RESOLUTION NO. 9190
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is interested in the establishment of through air
service between Miami and Houston, Texas, and
1 WHEREAS, the Civil Aeronautics Board has instituted an
investigation concerning air travel between Miami and Houston,
Texas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Greater Miami
Traffic Association be and it is hereby authorized to repre-
sent the City of Miami Beach before the Civil Aeronautics
Board, in the proceedings entitled "C .A.B. Docket 5701, Florida-
Texas Service Case", in support of the establishment of through
air service between Miami, Florida, and Houston, Texas, without
reference to the carrier to be certificated.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1955•
