RESOLUTION NO. 9191
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending
Ordinance No . 289, commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof, so as to place the water-
front portions of that certain unsubdivided tract of land
commonly known as "Park View Island" in an Area District
which shall require front and rear yard set-backs of ten
(10) feet and side yards of seven and one-half (72) feet;
said "Park View Island" being situate in Miami Beach, Dade
County, Florida, and located generally as follows :
Bounded on the North, East and South by
Tatum Waterway and on the West by Indian •
Creek; and lying Westerly of the ex-
tremities of 72nd and 75th Streets .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 18th day
of January , 1956 , at 2:15 o ' clock P . M. ,
in the Council Chambers, CIy Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general cir-
culation in said City .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A.D. 1955.
