Hall Subdivision 65.00 March 9, 1955 Purchase of the following Parking Meters from the Duncan Parking Meter Corp . 280 12-hour Miller Meters 85 18-hour Miller Meters 17,976.00 35 2-hour Miller Meters Appropriation Purchase of Meter Standards, December 21,1955 Installation Costs of Meters and Improvements to 9th Street Area 3,357 .25 Resolution 8086, Purchase of Real Estate in August 13, 1952 Block 10, Isle of Normandy, for Parking Area development 25,900 .00 December 21, 1955 Deficit incurred in purchase of Real Estate in Block 10, Isle of Normandy 1,366 .98 96,465 .23 and WHEREAS, expenditures have been duly made in accor- dance with said appropriations, and WHEREAS, the following credits, representing excess of appropriations (based on estimated cost ) , over actual cost, are due the Surplus Revenues Fund of the Metered Parking System from the City: Purchase and development of Lots 5 and 8, Block 16, Normandy Beach South 1,070 .47 Construct on of Parking Areas and alterations to Building in Block 10, Isle of Normandy 4,892 .05 5,962 .52 Balance $ 90,502 .71 -1- OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY-CITY HALL-MIAMI BEACH 39, FLORIDA NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Depository, Miami Beach First National Bank, be and it is hereby directed, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No . 7127, Section 4+, to transfer said balance of $90,502 .71 from the Surplus Revenues Fund of the Metered Parking System to the City of Miami Beach Miscellaneous Fund Account as and for reimbursement to the City for funds expended by the City, from its General Fund, for said improvements and extensions of the Metered Parking System, as hereinabove set forth, and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this resolution be transmitted forthwith to the Miami Beach First National Bank of Miami Beach, Florida. PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A.
