Resolution 9380 RESOLUTION NO . 9380
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been advised that
Hotel Employees Union Local 255
desires to lease the premises and facilities of
the Miami Beach Auditorium for the purpose of
Meeting
on January 7, 1957 , and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been
prepared by the Auditorium Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS . the City Council has been
advised of and is familiar with the terms and
provisions of said lease agreement, and deems
it to be for the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of said lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above described lease agreement on behalf of the
Ci t;; of Miamiam_ Beach, and that t she Auditorium
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
