Resolution 9391 RESOLUTION NO. 9391
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been advised that
Greater Miami Jewish Federation
desires to lease the premises and facilities of
the Miami Beach Auditorium for the purpose of
Evening Rally
en March 11, 1957 : and
WHEREAS . a lease agreement has been
prepared by the Auditorium Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS: the City Council has been
advised of and is familiar with the terms and
provisions of said lease agreement, and deems
it to be for the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of said lease agreement,
for and in place of agreement heretofore executed
for a luncheon on February 27, 1957,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach , Florida,
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the kiditorim
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
carry into effect t e terms and provisions under-
' taken therein by the City.
