Resolution 9396 RESOLUTION NO. 9396
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, commonly
known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida" , and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof,
so as to create or include in a Use District which will permit
multiple-family use with appropriate restrictions, those certain
parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
described as follows, to wit:
Lots 13 to 23, inclusive, of INDIAN BEACH
CORPORATION SUBDIVISION, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page
61 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
Lots 1 to 30, inclusive; Out-Lots 1 to 30,
inclusive; Lots 231 to 245, inclusive;
Out-Lot 231; Lots 332 to 345, inclusive;
all of FIRST OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 148 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 1 to 18. inclusive, of Block 1, and
Lots 1 to 18, inclusive, of Block 2,
SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION, according
to the amended Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 28, page 28 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of
March, 1957, at 10:00 o 'clock a.m. , in the Ocean Front
Auditorium, 10th Street and Ocean Drive, Miami ?each, Florida,
for the cons iderat ion of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
